My little Garden

Terry built me my first raised bed in the middle of February 2012. I got busy and planted a bunch of Violet Sicilian Cauliflower seedlings, Romano Broccoli, Peas, beetroot and carrots(all raised from seed).
Above you can see the beetroot running down the right side, in the middle its the brassica jungle(there were more but the were sacrificed to the bloody Rabbits, thank god they haven't come back for the rest) various onions at the front along with some spinach at the left.

The Peas, Brussel Sprouts and Broad Beans at the back.

and here is one of my beautiful Violet Sicilian Cauliflowers. But I needed more space so I talked Terry into building me two more beds.
This is the wood in position before Terry works his magic.

So I started raising some seeds to fill up the new gardens, Peas in toilet rolls.

Rainbow Chard in an old egg carton.
And here is the finished product. I had extremely sore hands after shovelling 1.5 cubic meters of soil. This was when i fist planted it out mid April.

The Little gem Cos are getting bigger and all there garlic has come up and maybe you can see the Golden Beetroot seedlings popping their head through.
The Mini Cabbage is going really well.

The Red Russian Kale is going good guns.

Di Cicco Broccoli inter planted with Yugoslavian Red Lettuce.

Rainbow Chard  planted out.
